Thursday 25th September

With Tank phoning last night to say that he had good numbers of Whinchat and Stonechat on top of the mound i decided that a morning visit was required to try and get some snaps. The first bird i photographed was a Meadow Pipit, unbelievably this had a ring on it!! Along to the Stonechat area, the first bird i photographed was ringed!!

I can't read all of this ring unfortunately. Top line is possibly LNH BWT.
